My name is Kent Downey and I am the owner and the inspector for this company.  I am certified by the West Virginia State Fire Marshall's Office to provide home inspections in the state of West Virginia. As well as being licensed and insured in West Virginia, I am also a member of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI), and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), who has named me a Certified Professional Inspector with their organization.

I am based in Randolph County, but serve most of north central West Virginia, including south to Pocahontas County and as far north as Morgantown , Kingwood, and Moorefield and down 1-79 to Flatwoods, and then east through Webster to Pocahontas county and up through Pendleton County. This includes Snowshoe Mountain, Canaan Valley, Blackwater Falls,  Seneca Rocks, and Stonewall Resort areas. I know that buying a home can be a very stressful ordeal.
