Our prices are very competitive, as well as consistent with other companies in the industry in the Randolph County and surrounding areas. As with most companies, our prices are based on the square footage and location of the property to be inspected. They include all attached rooms, garages, etc. that are part of the main structure. Additional fees will be added with the addition of any detached buildings, garages, or any additional property that may be outside the scope of a normal residential inspection.
